Esp the placement of the guns is great compared to the Chung Mu.Didn't feel like a side or downgrade at all for me.This is somewhat similar to the Fletcher vs Gearing debate as you have read already, but there are differencesFirstly, difference between agility for Chung and Yue are not so different, its quite noticeable on the Fletcher+Gearing but not here (the Chung is less agile than a Fletcher to begin with for example) the difference is not so bad really and imo barely noticeableThe Yue also has superior firepower which comes in handy because your torps can’t hit DDs, also arranged better so easier to bring guns on target (agility not such an issue there)The Chung torps are more spammable yes but if you spec for torp reload on the Yue then it is perfectly acceptable. IMO a „nerf“ , which would be like other nerfs to ships of other classes, it would look like this:
