We had a delay once we landed in Chicago for over an hour to get to our gate, but again the flight attendants were very good with the situation. Stated simply, it represents the new standard in air travel for the average passenger traveling on a budget.

There is plenty of overhead storage in this cabin.

No in-flight amenities. I was prepared for really cramped as previously flown to MEL. AKL to Wellington - Worst flight ever like being squashed into a tiny coffin, i was almost hysterical with claustrophobia by the time we landed.

2017/10/18 for Seat 7D This A320 features a two class configuration with between 12-48 Club Europe seats and 96-150 Euro Traveller seats. I am average height and weight but found the back of the seat in front of me was way too close. Power outlet on the front seat, not your own. Love travel? While this plane had some miles and the inside was not quite as modern as some others, the seat was very comfortable and functioned well. Would avoid flights with this plane. SeatGuru User on No seat pocket is annoying for not being able to slip a water bottle in...phone slipped down inside moulded pocket and could not use fingers to retrieve as pocket is too narrow to fit hand inside.

Bulkhead seat had more leg room given the structure of the separation of business and economy class. Economy Plus does not spare one from these miserable seats. The food was surprisingly good (I had the chicken).

The plane has wifi, but it is too slow for videos. I don't get why they don't put padding there for the rear end.

Had to sit sideways and stare out the window with loud music on headphones to try and keep calm. We flew on this plane direct from Denver to Tampa business class in seats 1A and 1B. I just don't understand the mindset of Jetstar and other budget carriers. All that was missing was the hand holds for the subway that this flight / airline has become. 2017/02/26 Terrible. And you have to load the ap before the flight.
