Another classic riverside brewery-restaurant in central Bamberg, classic slightly fancified old school interior, lovely patio. Had their Kellerbeer and the Schwarz, which are very decent. A clear smell of smoke, which shows up concisely in the nose and behind it a balanced, fruity hop note from the finest Hallertau aroma hops, can be recognized. It has a beautiful view of the River Regnitz and I guess it is very popular in good weather.
